The butt weld pipe elbow is amongst our core products. It features size from 1/2 inch to 100 inches. The thickness of the pipe wall is from Sch5s to Sch XXS, and the maximum wall thickness is up to 100mm. YANGZI butt weld pipe elbows may be produced in several different materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, low temperature steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium, non ferrous metal elbows, etc, our executive production standards are ASME, DIN, JIS, EN, GB, ISO, or as per customer’s drawings.

The butt weld pipe elbows ready for delivery are about 40”, 44”, 60”. They are widely applied in the petrochemical industry, power plant and engineering construction industries, to name a few.

The welded stainless steel pipe elbow is 30 inches, and its wall thickness is 50 mm. The series of stainless steel pipe elbows will be exported to Africa to be used in engineering construction. The stainless steel pipe elbow features a special groove angle with about 3mm-long and 2mm-thick straight edge. The WP321 stainless steel is produced under special and strict heat treatment. This batch of stainless steel pipe elbows have passed German TUV’s test and have been certified with EN10204 TYPE3.2 certificate.

The butt weld pipe elbows are mainly packed on pallets in plywood boxes. Both ends of the pipe elbow are protected by a plastic cap to prevent damage to pipe elbow ends during transport.
